uncoiler is to smoothly and steadily unwind these tightly wound
metal sheets.
Hydraulic Pump Station
The hydraulic pump station converts mechanical energy into stable
and powerful hydraulic energy through precise oil pump components,
providing power support for multiple key components of the tile
press. It drives the roller to operate smoothly and applies
continuous and controllable pressure to the roller during the
forming stage of colored steel tiles or glazed tiles.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
The system is simple and easy to operate.
The control cabinet can be interconnected with other equipment,
such as working with the uncoiler, hydraulic pump station, etc., to
ensure the efficient and stable operation of the entire floor
decking forming machine system, providing a strong guarantee for
the production of high-quality floor decking.
Rollers are key components for processing and forming plates. In
the leveling stage, the leveling rollers repeatedly roll the uneven
plates by applying appropriate pressure to eliminate defects such
as wavy and curved surfaces on the plate surface, so that the plate
reaches the flatness required for subsequent forming.
Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
During the conveying process, the feed table accurately controls
the conveying speed and position of the metal sheet, and works
closely with subsequent leveling devices, forming dies and other
equipment
Shaft & Roller
The shaft provides a positioning reference for other components,
ensuring the relative position accuracy between the components. For
example, when installing transmission components such as gears and
sprockets, the position of the shaft determines the installation
position of these components, ensuring that the meshing and
transmission relationship between them is accurate and the
equipment runs smoothly.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The tiles produced by the double-layer trapezoidal tile pressing
machine need to be cut according to specific length specifications.
The cutter can accurately cut the continuously formed tiles
according to the preset length, ensuring that the length of each
tile meets the construction requirements, ensuring the neatness and
beauty of the tiles during laying, and also facilitating
installation operations during the construction process.
