    Product Description

    It is composed of multiple groups of rollers, which are the core components of the trapezoidal tile press. The number and arrangement of rollers are determined according to the specific shape and size requirements of the trapezoidal tile. These rollers are usually made of high-quality steel (such as 45# steel) and are precisely processed to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the rollers. The surface of the rollers may be specially treated, such as hard chrome plating, to improve its wear resistance and corrosion resistance. During the working process, the plate is gradually bent and formed between the rollers to form the basic shape of the trapezoidal tile.
    The forming part may also include some adjustment devices for adjusting the gap and pressure between the rollers. Through these adjustment devices, the forming accuracy of the trapezoidal tile can be accurately controlled to adapt to plates of different thicknesses and materials, and produce standard trapezoidal tile products.
