For example, when a construction project urgently needs a large number of color steel tiles for roof and wall laying, the double-layer tile pressing machine can quickly meet the demand and effectively shorten the production cycle.
Its continuous production process can reduce the number of machine starts and stops, further improving the overall work efficiency. In addition, the equipment has a fast molding speed, and the plate output speed is generally 6-12 meters/minute. Some high-performance equipment can reach 12-15 meters/minute, which means that color steel tiles of sufficient length can be produced in a short time

The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.

The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.

The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.
