Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
In the conveying process, the feeding table accurately controls the
conveying speed and position of the plate, and works closely with
the subsequent leveling device, forming equipment, etc. It feeds
the plate into the leveling process at a stable speed, ensuring
that the plate is in a good conveying state before being leveled,
laying the foundation for high-quality leveling operations.
Shaft & Roller
Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating.
The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.
Inside the glazed tile press, the shaft plays a vital role in
support and transmission. Multiple shafts work together, like the
beams of a building, to stably support the rollers and other
components, ensuring that all components can maintain a stable
position and posture during high-speed operation of the equipment,
and will not be offset due to vibration or other external factors,
thus ensuring the stability and reliability of the production
process.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
The cutter's quick response and efficient cutting capabilities
